Product Description：

This series of red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatches includes four carrier specifications: polyolefin, EVA, PET and nylon (PA), which can meet the flame-retardant modification requirements of different polymer substrates. All products are manufactured via melt blending and palletization, adopting ultra-fine microencapsulated red phosphorus as the core flame retardant material and matching adaptive resin carriers.

The products effectively overcome the inherent defects of pure red phosphorus such as flammability, precipitation and poor stability. While maintaining a high content of effective flame-retardant components, they fully retain the excellent physical properties of various carrier resins. Featuring excellent thermal stability, high flame retardancy, reliable electrical performance, good compatibility and superior dispersibility, the masterbatches present minimal precipitation and migration during processing.

They significantly improve the safety and stability of storage, transportation and production processing. With strong adaptability, the masterbatches can be directly mixed and processed with corresponding substrates.
